Rosy is an experienced and highly qualified Solicitor who we are very pleased to welcome to the firm as an Associate Solicitor to take care of the Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates, Inheritance Tax Advice, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Elderly Client Matters for our clients and continue the traditional, long established family values of the firm.

Rosy read Law at Bristol University where she gained an LLB Honours Degree in Law and a distinction in Legal Practice. Rosy now has over 10 years’ experience dealing with Private Client matters for a range of clients having previously worked at large leading law firms in Salisbury and Exeter.

Rosy is an Affiliate member of the Society of Trusts & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a Law Society Private Client Section member and is also trained as a ‘Dementia Friend’.

Rosy’s naturally caring and understanding nature enables her to put her clients at ease in times of distress following family bereavement, discussing personal and sensitive issues when making a Will or helping those who may be having difficulty in looking after their own financial affairs or health and welfare.

Having originally grown up in a small fishing village in Cornwall, Rosy values family time spent down there and in her spare time enjoys water-sports, particularly kayaking, bodyboarding, snorkelling and rowing. She is also keen on long cliff walks along the Devon and Cornwall coast and is thrilled to now be working in Exmouth on the coast where she feels at home.
